In this program we accept applications from people in need of a canine capable of service work, therapy work, facility work, and/or companionship.

This program is designed to help cover emergency veterinary costs for people enduring financial hardship who’ve purchased a pup from an HCBA breeder.

The HCBA is dedicated to creating breeding guidelines through advocacy efforts while recognizing breeders who meet responsible breeding standards.
